The 19G model is the one that pairs with a 0.030 inch cyst guidewire.
An EUS fine needle aspiration (FNA) system with Twist-Lock technology for single-handed needle and tube length adjustment.
The models table pairs them: the 19G needle is 1.1 mm on a 2.1 mm sheath, and the 22G and the 25G needle are 0.7 and 0.5 mm on a 1.8 mm sheath. The sheath diameter is the one that has to pass the working channel of the echoendoscope.
The maximum guidewire diameter changes from model to model: up to 0.018 inch on the 22G needle and up to 0.030 inch on the 19G needle, where the recommended wire is a 400 cm nitinol cyst guidewire. The 25G model carries no guidewire figure.
