How We Work
Our own team runs ÜTS registration, SUT matching, MDR documentation and DMO catalogue listing in house. We hold the Medical Device Sales Centre Authorisation issued by the provincial health directorate, and the same team prepares the import file.
We build hands-on workshops, live cases and proctoring together with the physicians who teach the programmes. We have run our own EBUS workshop in Istanbul.
Our sales team covers public and private hospitals across Türkiye, and a clinical team that includes a nurse joins the physician for the first cases. What the physician says in the room is passed on to the manufacturer. For the unit nurse and the technical staff we go through the set-up of the device and the cleaning and sterilisation steps in the department.
We hold stock in Istanbul and work through 32 regional dealers, and we represent the product in DMO and hospital tenders. The reimbursement decision is the authority's; where a SUT code exists, the matching and the file are ours.
