An endoscopic ultrasound fine needle biopsy (FNB) system with a crown-cut needle tip for core-tissue sampling.
The models table pairs them: the 19G needle is 1.1 mm on a 2.1 mm sheath, and the 22G and the 25G needle are 0.7 and 0.5 mm on a 1.8 mm sheath. The sheath diameter is what has to pass the working channel of the echoendoscope, so it is the number to check before the case.
On the handle. The needle length adjustment is 0 to 8.5 cm, set and locked on the Twist-Lock ring with one hand, and the same ring sets the sheath length.
