The 2.6 mm row is the double lumen biliary brush, the one that runs over a guidewire.
A sheathed cytology brush used to obtain cell samples from the GI tract or biliary system for cytological analysis.
The double lumen one, at 2.6 mm on a 180 cm working length, taking a guidewire up to 0.035 inch, which is what a duct reached through the papilla asks for. The other five models are single lumen brushes at 1.8 and 2.3 mm.
The tube. A metal ball closes the tube onto the brush, and the brush is drawn into the sheath before it is withdrawn, so the cells are not wiped off against the working channel.
