This privacy notice has been prepared by Melekırmak Sağlık Ürünleri Taşıma Gıda İnşaat Sanayi Limited Şirketi, acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal reasons for such processing, the method of collection, to whom it may be transferred and your rights under the KVKK.

is processed for the purposes of evaluating your complaints and requests regarding the services offered by our company, informing you, enabling you to benefit from our services and being able to communicate with you about the subject of your application. We do not have absolute control over the information you share in this way. Personal data relevant to your request or complaint that you convey to us in your e-mail or in the course of your call (including, if you choose to share them, your Turkish Republic Identity Number and your open address) may also be processed on the basis of the same legal reasons. We also recommend that you do not share with our company any personal data you do not wish us to know and any special categories of personal data.
The personal data in question is processed automatically on the basis of the following legal reasons set out in Article 5 of the KVKK;
and, in order to fulfil your request and to establish, exercise or protect a right, it will be shared with the relevant supplier or public institutions/organisations and, where necessary, with the relevant judicial authorities. Your relevant personal data will be retained for the legal period stipulated under the applicable legislation according to the subject of your application.
