• Huber cutting tip is used for the patient with low traumatic entry and regular and comfortable infusion continuity without removing parts from the port septum and to get drug treatment for patients with the port catheter system.

The Huber port needle allows the port catheter to run for a long time and does not leak the port catheter membrane . Therefore the tip of the needle is bent.

In this case, medication process takes place without breaking any part from the port membrane.

The length of the huber needle changes according to the thickness of the patient’s skin tissue.

In general, the huber port needle is used as 20 gauge 20 mm in normal patients.

Huber port needle 22 gauge 20 mm needle should be preferred in pediatric patients and patients with low skin tissue profile.
