Used for administering medication to patients with implantable port catheter systems. The Huber port needle is designed to allow long-term use of the port catheter without causing leaks from the port membrane.

The needle features a non-coring angled tip, preventing damage or coring of the port membrane during drug administration. Needle length is chosen based on the patient’s skin thickness. Typically, a 20G 20mm needle is used for adults, while a 22G 20mm needle is preferred for pediatric or thin-profile patients.
